Class Descriptions

Dance Aerobics is a unique and innovative dance aerobic program. The classes are intensely cardiovascular, advanced low impact dance routines. The aerobic workouts are comprised of full body dance movements that are choreographed expressively to music and extremely fat burning.  

Flamenco explores the various styles of Spanish flamenco dancing including tango, alegria and guajira. No dance experience is required. Wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement.

Stretch-Tone-Move is a class specifically developed for those who prefer a lighter workout. An extended warm up and stretch is followed by a basic low impact workout. Upper body strengthening and flexibility exercises are also included. There is a focus on proper body alignment and technique to help improve balance, coordination and flexibility. This class is perfect for beginning, pre/postnatal & older participants.

Yogalates is a fusion of pilates and yoga that is designed to increase flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. As a result it can improve joint mobility and joint health as well as improved posture and skeletal alignment. Students of all levels are welcome.
